White Thunder Organics Meatloaf

I find this meat loaf to not only be quick and easy but ohh so tastey!

1# of White Thunder Organics Ground Beef
1# of White Thunder Organics Ground Pork
1 cup of Rolled Oats
1 cup of Ketchup
2 eggs
1 Package of Simply Organic French Onion Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Topping:
1 cup of Ketchup
1/4 cup Muscavado Sugar
2 tps Liquid Smoke
1 tps Spicy Prepared Mustard

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix, shape into loaf, bake until done.
Coat with topping and bake a little longer.

White Thunder Organics Sausage Seasoning

5 tablespoons Salt
2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
5 teaspoons black pepper
2 ½ teaspoons ground clove
5 teaspoons ground red pepper
6 ½ tablespoons ground sage


Mix and store in a sealed container.

Thaw ground pork and season with 1 tbs of seasoning per pound of White Thunder Organic's ground pork.
