White Thunder Organics Sausage Seasoning



5 tablespoons Salt
2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
5 teaspoons black pepper
2 ½ teaspoons ground clove
5 teaspoons ground red pepper
6 ½ tablespoons ground sage


Mix and store in a sealed container.

Thaw ground pork and season with 1 tbs of seasoning per pound of White Thunder Organic's ground pork.
